Staff were incredible, helping with check-in, explaining breakfast, onsen, ski hire, and quickest way to the slopes. Room was spacious and comfortable with convenient sinks and toilet outside. Onsen was a true treat after skiing. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Ski hire was convenient and reasonably priced, with collection service. Close to chairlift, ticket office, bus stop, shops, and restaurants. an amazing experience!

Spacious and cozy rooms. Warm and hospitable staff. Delicious and satisfying breakfast. Convenient location, just a short walk to the slopes. Generous gesture of a bag of goodies for guests. a comfortable and pleasant stay. 🌟
